Job Title: Middle East Marketing Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle East Marketing Representative to join our team, focusing on driving market development, client relationship management, and product promotion within the energy and electrical equipment sector in the Middle East. This role involves deep engagement with regional policies and projects, strengthening client relationships, promoting TBEA products, and supporting project execution, particularly in the UHV transmission, solar energy storage, and smart grid sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Analysis

Engage with the Middle East energy market, tracking policies like Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” and UAE’s “2050 Energy Strategy.” Identify opportunities in UHV transmission, solar energy storage, and smart grid projects.

Analyze competitive landscapes and understand the needs of key clients such as SEC and DEWA to develop tailored product promotion strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain key client relationships in the Middle East, facilitating C-level visits, factory tours, and participation in industry exhibitions.

Support local certification processes for products and address both technical and commercial client needs effectively.
3. Product & Brand Promotion

Promote TBEA’s UHV transformers, fluorine-free switchgear, DC cables, and energy solutions tailored to the region’s needs, highlighting their advantages in extreme environments.

Increase brand visibility through local industry associations, exhibitions, and digital platforms, emphasizing the value of “Chinese technology + localized services.”
4. Project Support & Execution

Assist in bid preparation, provide technical and commercial quotations, and follow up on EPC projects.

Gather market feedback and collaborate with headquarters to optimize product adaptability for the Middle East market.
Skills & Qualifications:
Core Skills
-
Market Experience: 2+ years of experience in the Middle East energy/electrical equipment industry, with a good understanding of local power market regulations and workflows.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and commercial terms.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical specifications of transformers, switchgear, cables, and energy storage solutions, and the ability to present UHV and energy storage products effectively.
Key Competencies

Cultural Adaptability: A strong understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and the ability to communicate and negotiate across cultures.

Networking Capabilities: Experience or existing relationships with local power companies and EPC contractors is preferred, with the ability to build a collaborative network quickly.

Execution Skills: Ability to manage frequent travel (mainly to Saudi Arabia and UAE) and drive projects independently from lead to contract.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with certification and procurement processes of institutions like SEC and DEWA.

Experience in marketing new energy (solar, energy storage) or UHV transmission projects.

Understanding of Middle Eastern environmental policies (e.g., fluorine-free equipment, green energy subsidies).
