Middle East HR Services Specialist

WTW is seeking a Middle East HR Services Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This full-time hybrid role supports HR operations across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA), ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance with regional labor laws. You will work closely with HR Generalists to manage administrative functions and deliver an outstanding HR service to a growing, diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Manage medical, life insurance, and employee benefits for UAE and KSA employees.

  • Leave Management: Oversee PTO, overtime tracking, and maintain accurate leave records.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and conduct HR inductions.

  • HR Systems & Data: Maintain employee data in HR platforms (e.g., HR Cloud, ServiceCentral) and generate accurate reports.

  • Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate updates.

  • HR Documentation & Process Design: Support continuous improvement of HR processes aligned with global practices.

  • HR Communications: Localize and deliver HR communications suitable for cultural context.

  • Learning & Development: Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on HR systems and procedures.

  • Employee Support: Address inquiries, assist managers and staff, and ensure compliance with policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration

  • Familiarity with UAE and KSA labor laws

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams

  • Experience working in a multinational company with diverse workplace cultures
