Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our talented team of blockchain innovators. You’ll be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Nest.js. This role involves working across the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, with a focus on building secure, responsive, and data-driven digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack and Nest.js.

• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code for both frontend and backend systems.

• Create and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Implement responsive, high-performance UI components using React.js and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

• Build secure authentication and authorization layers (OAuth, JWT).

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality.

• Integrate third-party APIs and blockchain data services as needed.

• Troubleshoot bugs, perform code reviews, and participate in CI/CD deployments.

• Ensure web applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

• Monitor application performance and make improvements as needed.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.

• Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

• Proficient with Nest.js for scalable server-side development.

• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API architecture.

• Experience with frontend tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, Redux, Context API).

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.

• Strong grasp of backend concepts, including async programming, API security, and error handling.

• Skilled in Git, GitHub workflows, and collaborative development tools.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Heroku, or DigitalOcean).

• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.

• Clear communication skills and ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• TypeScript experience in full-stack development.

• Familiarity with SSR frameworks like Next.js.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Deep understanding of web application security (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, etc.).

• Blockchain or Web3 integration experience is a plus.

• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).
