Collinson, a global leader in customer behavior management, is seeking a Merchant Partnerships Director to drive commercial growth for their Valuedynamx team. The role will focus on supplier relationship management and growth opportunities across the GCC, South Africa, India, Turkey, Australia, and New Zealand. The Director will work closely with clients to enhance engagement and collaborate with regional and global teams to meet company goals, ensuring strong partnerships and expanding the merchant network.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify target merchants, brands, and products for client reward programs.

Build relationships with key decision-makers and suppliers.

Manage supplier acquisitions, including contracts and financial negotiations.

Lead product selection, pricing, and merchandising to drive revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely content updates and publishing.
-
Assist in ad campaign coordination and promotional sourcing.

Manage lead generation, billing, and forecasting for ancillary revenue.
-
Support expansion of merchant networks to strengthen the Valuedynamx offering.

Continuously improve sourcing and merchant processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

E-commerce retail experience, particularly in loyalty, incentives, and FMCG sectors.

Knowledge of ClickLinked/CardLinked marketing and contract negotiation.

Strong communication skills with a track record of managing partner onboarding.

Proven success in driving consumer spend and optimizing revenue.

Ability to apply global and regional trends to strategies.
