We are expanding our team in Dubai and are looking for a dedicated Merchandise Specialist to support our merchandising and product coordination operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Merchandise Specialist. This position will focus on operational merchandising tasks, product data management, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, digitally fluent, and has strong communication skills to support both local and international merchandising functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product setup and seasonal assortment planning across internal systems

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment

• Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time arrivals

• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and sales performance summaries

• Support product uploads on digital platforms and marketplaces

• Coordinate with internal teams on product data, pricing, and images

• Assist in the preparation of global merchandising presentations and materials

• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising, retail, or e-commerce

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Workspace and digital retail platforms (e.g., Shopify)

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and results-driven

• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability

• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Willingness to travel occasionally for showrooms or supplier visits
