Job Title: MEP Technician & Assistant Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking two motivated individuals to join our team—one as an MEP Technician and the other as an Assistant Technician. These roles require flexibility and the ability to work across different areas of the business. You will play a vital role in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring smooth project handovers, and ensuring high-quality technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the project handover phase, liaising with contractors, client representatives, tenants, and building managers.

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems during construction or industrial settings, ensuring they function properly.

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and MEP systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Draft reports, minutes, correspondence, procedures, and forms with strong written communication skills.

• Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to manage documentation and report progress.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring the MEP systems meet required specifications.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues promptly and maintain system functionality.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness on-site.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/MEP or related field preferred.

• Ability to work with limited supervision and independently solve problems.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician, MEP Technician, or in a similar technical role.

• Familiarity with various MEP/HVAC systems and controls is highly desirable.

• Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear reports and documentation.

• A keen eye for quality, attention to detail, and maintaining cleanliness.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher diploma is preferred for the Assistant Technician role.

Preferred Candidate Experience:

• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
