ENGIE Solutions Middle East is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical maintenance operations for optimized performance and safety. The ideal candidate will ensure preventive maintenance, fault clearance, personnel supervision, and compliance with mechanical regulations while enhancing plant availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Issue work orders and ensure fault clearance procedures.
• Develop proposals to improve facilities and increase plant availability.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical regulations, laws, and standards.
• Oversee material planning, tool availability, and testing equipment usage.
• Provide technical expertise to field personnel and maintenance staff.
• Ensure fire safety, environmental protection, and hazard handling.
• Supervise and train subordinate employees in workplace standards.
• Monitor employee job performance, attendance, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Facility Management or a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in an MEP or mechanical maintenance role within GCC.
• Strong understanding of valve operations, heavy lifting, and maintenance programs.
• Ability to handle complex technical decisions and lead teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in breakdown maintenance and shutdown coordination.
• Excellent man management skills and ability to coordinate interdepartmental tasks.
• Certification in basic safety courses (confined entry & radiation exposure) preferred.
