MEP Supervisor
Khidmah Abu Dhabi , UAE

Khidmah, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the UAE, is hiring a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee operations and maintenance services. This full-time, on-site role is critical in ensuring high performance and safety standards across facilities through proactive management, planning, and supervision of engineering and outsourced services.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge of MEP systems, and hands-on experience in facilities management operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization committed to service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practice operational strategies for assigned assets.

  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on budgeting and ensure compliance.

  • Inspect facilities and equipment to assess maintenance and service needs.

  • Coordinate maintenance, reconditioning, and alterations of facilities.

  • Manage procurement activities in coordination with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.

  • Review and recommend contract bids; prepare and submit agreements for execution.

  • Approve and manage purchases of supplies and equipment for facilities.

  • Maintain inventory records and property condition reports.

  • Monitor and improve service delivery across facilities.

  • Manage Aldar PMS and ensure effective preventive maintenance (PPM) regimes.

  • Analyze call center data and implement improvements.

  • Effectively manage manpower, resources, and finances to meet operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields.

  • FM-related certifications are preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, especially in large commercial or residential properties.

  • Proven background in MEP installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Proficiency in Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.

  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.

  • Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and water treatment management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
