Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to manage the successful delivery of high-profile real estate and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be the key interface between the employer and contractor, ensuring project success by managing contractors, subcontractors, and supervision consultants. Experience in large-scale projects such as theatres, museums, entertainment parks, and stadiums is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the planner to develop and manage project schedules and reports.

• Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure timely submittals by contractors and consultants.

• Prepare monthly progress reports and identify critical path issues.

• Respond to FIDIC claim notices and support EOT (Extension of Time) determinations.

• Monitor daily on-site resources to manage delays and claims effectively.

• Ensure construction follows logical sequences to meet contractual obligations.

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of contract documents, codes, and standards.

• Provide consistent project-level and team-level reporting.

• Advise on programme risk and recovery strategies.

• Coordinate key interfaces at the project level.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction project management.

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Full understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.

Preferred Project Experience:

• Theatres, Museums, Leisure and Entertainment Facilities, Amphitheaters, Stadiums, Auditoriums, or Theme Parks.
