Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across commercial and residential fit-out projects. The role involves ensuring technical compliance, coordinating with project teams, and supporting successful project delivery through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor on-site MEP progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

• Lead system testing, commissioning activities, and final handover documentation.

• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, project standards, and authority requirements.

• Provide technical support during project execution and close-out stages.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

• Minimum 6 years of experience in fit-out contracting for commercial and residential projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools such as Revit.

• Ability to manage site coordination, testing, and commissioning processes effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
