Job Overview:
A leading Tier 1 MEP contracting company in Dubai is urgently hiring skilled MEP Draughtsmen / Coordination Draughtsmen for high-profile mall and retail projects across the UAE. We’re looking for candidates with a solid track record in commercial and mixed-use developments, particularly with hands-on experience in Reflective Ceiling Plans (RCP) and MEP coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, modify, and review MEP drawings for HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, drainage, small power, and ELV systems using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MicroStation.

• Develop accurate and detailed Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings in coordination with project design teams.

• Coordinate closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Engineers to gather design inputs and ensure drawing accuracy.

• Review tender documents and plan drafting schedules aligned with project timelines.

• Track and report progress of drawing production to meet project milestones.

• Interface with client-side drafting teams for design coordination and technical clarifications.

• Ensure all designs follow industry standards and integrate energy-efficient solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience working as an MEP Draughtsman / Coordinator on commercial projects (e.g., malls, retail, mixed-use buildings).

• Strong experience with UAE-based MEP or Main Contracting companies.

• Expertise in producing Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and MicroStation.
