Job Title: Membership Sales Executive & Front Desk Coordinator

Role Overview:
As the face of our fitness club, you’ll play a dual role—driving membership sales while ensuring a smooth and welcoming front desk experience. If you’re enthusiastic, fitness-focused, and sales-driven, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic and health-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for potential members, offering detailed information and a warm welcome throughout the onboarding process

• Conduct professional and engaging gym tours, clearly communicating the benefits and features of our club

• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership packages

• Manage leads and member interactions using CRM and internal systems

• Proactively generate leads and convert them into successful sales, while fostering relationships with existing members

• Handle all front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing emails, WhatsApp, and social media messages

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area that reflects the club’s high standards

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required

Compensation Package:

• Salary: AED 9,000 per month

• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission structure

• Visa: Provided if needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or front-desk roles, ideally in fitness or hospitality

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess customer needs and confidently recommend solutions

• Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset

• Must lead by example—demonstrating a healthy and active lifestyle

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Location: Currently based in Dubai, UAE

• Nationality: Open to candidates from Anglophone, Eastern, and Western European countries
