Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to join its team at NS Rota, Spain. In this role, you will provide members and prospective members with a full range of financial services including deposit accounts, lending products, and payment solutions. The position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who want to grow in a supportive and mission-driven organization.

Salary: $19/hr – $22/hr
Hours: Part-time (20–25+ hours/week, Monday–Saturday; extended hours required during training)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.

• Provide guidance on available products and services to meet member needs.

• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.

• Handle routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.

• Ensure proper handling and security of cash and negotiable instruments.

• Identify cross-service opportunities to strengthen member relationships.

• Maintain compliance with federal and institutional regulations.

• Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices as experience develops.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
