Job Overview:
We are hiring a Meet & Greet Executive to provide exceptional hospitality to showroom visitors while supporting the Sales Department in achieving its customer satisfaction and business goals. This role is vital in creating the first and lasting impression of the GEELY brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet all showroom visitors warmly and professionally

Direct customers to the appropriate departments based on their needs

Ensure customers are attended to in a timely and courteous manner

Monitor customer comfort while waiting and offer assistance as needed

Manage the customer complaints process effectively

Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on action plans

Identify and report any showroom concerns (cosmetic, CI, safety, etc.)

Report any issues that may affect customer satisfaction to management

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Provide professional communication before, during, and after customer visits

Support departmental goals and foster team collaboration
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 3 years in a customer service role

Industry Passion: A genuine interest in automobiles

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
