Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and driving sales within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate medical staff on drug benefits and usage.

Stay updated with the latest industry advancements, medical guidelines, and competitor products.

Develop and implement strategic promotional campaigns to drive product adoption.

Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to ensure consistent messaging and sales strategy alignment.

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance reports.

Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while conducting promotional activities.

Provide valuable market insights to the marketing team regarding customer needs, challenges, and competitor activity.

Travel within assigned territories to meet clients, conduct training, and achieve sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.

Certification in pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare training is a plus.

Experience working with healthcare professionals in hospitals or clinics.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
