Link x Talent is seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare environment in Dubai. As the first point of contact for patients, the Medical Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellent front-office services, managing appointments, supporting patient registration, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic systems.

Register new patients, verify insurance details, and maintain updated patient records.

Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes.
-
Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing inquiries.

Provide guidance on forms, clinic procedures, and patient-related queries.

Ensure confidentiality of patient records in line with healthcare regulations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.

Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to support smooth patient flow.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma required; certificate/diploma in Administration or Healthcare preferred.

Prior experience as a receptionist, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems (e.g., EMR/EHR).

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Bilingual fluency (English/Arabic or other relevant languages) preferred.
