Link x Talent is seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare environment in Dubai. As the first point of contact for patients, the Medical Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellent front-office services, managing appointments, supporting patient registration, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic systems.

• Register new patients, verify insurance details, and maintain updated patient records.

• Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes.

• Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing inquiries.

• Provide guidance on forms, clinic procedures, and patient-related queries.

• Ensure confidentiality of patient records in line with healthcare regulations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to support smooth patient flow.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; certificate/diploma in Administration or Healthcare preferred.

• Prior experience as a receptionist, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems (e.g., EMR/EHR).

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Bilingual fluency (English/Arabic or other relevant languages) preferred.
