We are looking for a qualified Medical Physicist with 2 to 3 years of experience in a nuclear plant or research and development (R&D) environment to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in radiation safety, dosimetry, and support for lab-based research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor radiation levels and enforce radiation safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards

• Perform accurate dosimeter readings and calibrate radiation measuring equipment regularly

• Support scientific and technical research activities related to radiation use and safety

• Ensure all operations adhere to safety guidelines, minimizing exposure risks to personnel and environment

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to radiation monitoring and safety procedures

• Collaborate with lab teams and management to optimize radiation safety measures

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Physics or a related scientific field

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a nuclear facility, medical physics, or R&D laboratory setting

• Strong knowledge of radiation dosimetry, calibration techniques, and radiation protection standards

• Familiarity with radiation safety regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
