The role involves conducting laboratory tests and ensuring diagnostic excellence through quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality control protocols.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Analyze, process, and accurately document patient samples.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver timely and accurate test results.

• Monitor and implement safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and enhancing lab processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

• Must-Have: Experience in a clinical laboratory with hands-on knowledge of equipment and routine tests.

• Must-Have: Strong grasp of infection control, quality control, and lab safety protocols.

• Preferred: Previous UAE-based clinical lab experience.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

• Preferred: Certifications in laboratory quality management are a plus.
