BioScience GmbH, a premium aesthetics brand at the forefront of medical innovation, is hiring a Medical Education Lead to design, deliver, and manage high-impact training programs for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributors. This hybrid role is central to driving clinical excellence, product knowledge, and strategic alignment with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee workshops in alignment with sales goals and regulatory needs.

• Maintain workshop budget accountability, track expenses, and manage invoicing processes.

• Develop and implement training strategies based on customer insights and business objectives.

• Create and upgrade training materials including manuals, digital modules, and presentations.

• Deliver engaging and effective medical training for internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead monthly internal employee training and bi-monthly distributor sessions.

• Support execution of medical events and ensure smooth workshop operation.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align training with organizational goals.

• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.

• Identify training gaps and improve programs based on clinical and business feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine).

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry; aesthetics industry preferred.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Experienced in instructional design, content creation, and digital delivery.

• High adaptability, detail-oriented, and excellent time/project management skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business.
