Job Title: Medical Device Sales Consultant
Job Description:
Company: NESA WORLD® – A Spanish Med-Tech leader operating in 32 countries, pioneering the field of non-invasive neuromodulation.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Medical Device Sales Consultant to promote and sell our flagship CE/MDR-certified device, NESA XSIGNAL® (valued at €20,000), across Urology, Rehabilitation, Wellness, and Sleep sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, engage, and manage relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, wellness clinics, and medical spas.

Plan and conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations, supported by our clinical team.

Lead tender processes, negotiate contracts (purchase/rental), and close high-value sales deals.

Develop strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and local distributors.

Maintain accurate CRM records, report sales pipeline status, and track KPIs regularly.
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or wellness technologies.

Well-connected with an active client network in UAE healthcare and wellness sectors.

Strong consultative sales techniques and exceptional negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
Preferred Candidate Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant sales or business development role.

Residence: United Arab Emirates.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

Career Level: Mid-career professional.
