INNOCEAN IMEA is looking for a detail-driven and strategic Media Manager to lead the development and execution of cross-platform media campaigns for top-tier automotive clients. Based in the UAE, this full-time role is ideal for a media agency professional with deep knowledge of digital and traditional media and a passion for delivering data-informed, brand-aligned solutions.

As a Media Manager, you’ll act as the primary contact for your assigned accounts—overseeing campaign strategy, media planning and buying, performance optimization, and client communication. You will bring insight-driven strategies to life across TV, OOH, digital, social, and programmatic channels, ensuring all campaigns exceed performance benchmarks and maintain brand integrity.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day campaign management for key automotive clients.

  • Translate client briefs into results-driven, cross-channel media plans.

  • Ensure all campaign elements adhere to brand compliance standards.

  • Develop and present multi-platform strategies using audience and competitive insights.

  • Oversee media buying, negotiating placements and rates with vendors.

  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on real-time performance data.

  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports with insights and optimizations.

  • Collaborate with creative, data, and account teams to ensure unified messaging.

  • Keep clients informed on campaign progress, trends, and recommendations.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, or Communications.

  • 4–6 years of media agency experience, including at least 2 in a managerial/planning capacity.

  • Strong expertise across digital (social, programmatic, search) and traditional media (TV, OOH, print).

  • Automotive sector experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency with media tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

  • Based in the UAE.
