Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance, assembly, and servicing of manufacturing and automation equipment.

Conduct inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.

Develop and implement machine safety and data concepts to enhance operational reliability.

Design and optimize automation solutions using PLCs, robotics, drive systems, industrial imaging, and testing technologies.

Program and commission PLCs, safety controllers, and HMI interfaces.

Execute mechanical design, assembly, and wiring of machinery and production systems.

Integrate robotic and automated components into existing production workflows.

Carry out functional and performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous system optimization.

Prepare technical documentation, operating manuals, and training materials.

Support modernization and expansion projects within production facilities.

Train employees on new automation technologies and processes.

Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives such as predictive maintenance, simulation, AMRs, and additive manufacturing.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing maintenance.

Familiarity with cam-controlled machines such as Bihler (preferred), Wafios, or Finzer.
Required Skills
-
Proficiency in CAD, PLC (SPS) systems, and HMI platforms.

Strong technical troubleshooting and programming capabilities are an advantage.

Quick learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to work in shifts.
