KEO International Consultants is seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our award-winning team on a prestigious villas project in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our site supervision team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections in line with mechanical Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and action contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) promptly.

• Review and verify mechanical shop drawings against project specifications, local codes, and international standards.

• Identify and report any deviations from approved designs and specifications.

• Monitor on-site work quality and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Maintain daily site activity records, including progress photos for project documentation.

• Prepare surveillance reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.

• Ensure effective coordination between mechanical works and other trades on site.

• Provide technical guidance to resolve mechanical-related issues during construction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably on major villa or residential projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
