We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, coordinate, and supervise HVAC and MEP systems for construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient system design, seamless coordination, and high-quality installation across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Perform cooling load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment
• Design HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and chilled water piping layouts
• Develop plumbing and drainage systems, including water supply, sewer, and stormwater networks
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, and architectural teams for integrated system design
• Supervise on-site installation of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems)
• Oversee installation of ductwork, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, hose reels)
• Ensure all systems are installed in compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning support
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in HVAC and MEP design within construction or fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software such as HAP, Carrier, or Revit MEP
• Strong knowledge of cooling load calculations and equipment selection
• Familiarity with plumbing, drainage, and firefighting system design
• Good understanding of mechanical codes, standards, and UAE regulations
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines

Salary

AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
