DP World is seeking an MCV Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from bidding to completion. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including operations, technical, and commercial, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The Project Manager will handle technical oversight, stakeholder management, and team leadership while driving alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and risk management strategies in collaboration with the operations team.

• Provide operational and engineering solutions tailored to project specifications.

• Support technical and commercial teams in feasibility assessments and negotiations.

• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and manage contractual obligations.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, suppliers, authorities, and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Engineering.

• Skills:

  • Proven track record in project management with a thorough understanding of deck carriers.

  • Experience in project forwarding industry or deck carriers is preferred.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with customers, freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams.

  • Strong experience in heavy lift logistics, project and contract management, QHSE compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
