Property Finder, the MENA region’s leading real estate portal, is hiring an MBA Associate (Strategy) for a full-time, on-site 6-month fixed-term contract in Dubai. This role sits within the Strategy & Analytics team and offers direct exposure to C-level leadership. You will work alongside professionals from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and other top-tier consultancies to lead critical strategic projects across the company.

As part of this high-impact team, you’ll collaborate across departments like Commercial, Growth, and Product, using a hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems and influence company direction with data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver a strategic workstream under the Strategy & Analytics department

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address core business challenges

• Analyze data and synthesize insights to form actionable recommendations

• Present findings and influence decision-making at the executive level

• Apply structured problem-solving to create tangible business impact

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current MBA student or recent MBA graduate from a top-tier global university

• Pre-MBA experience at a top management consulting or technology firm is a strong plus

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating progression and performance

• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities

• Fluent in English

• High comfort with ambiguity, pace, and cross-functional collaboration
