A private Family Office is seeking a dedicated and experienced Math Tutor to provide online, one-on-one instruction to an 8-year-old student. This full-time, remote role is ideal for an educator with a child-centered approach who can make learning math a joyful and meaningful experience. The right candidate will be warm, reliable, creative, and deeply knowledgeable about how children learn, with a passion for cultivating curiosity and intrinsic motivation through structured, engaging instruction.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver daily, personalized math lessons in fluent English, aligned with the child’s learning style and developmental stage.

Design and implement a long-term math learning roadmap, progressing from basic arithmetic to more advanced elementary-level concepts.

Create engaging, playful, and conceptually rich lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence.

Establish a structured yet warm and encouraging learning environment with clear academic expectations.

Regularly monitor and communicate the student’s academic progress, using both qualitative insights and measurable benchmarks.

Assign meaningful, interest-based homework to reinforce learning in a pressure-free, engaging manner.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience teaching math to young learners (around 8 years old).
