🏢 Position Summary

We are seeking highly creative and visionary Master Planners / Urban Designers to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will play a key role in shaping sustainable, functional, and visually compelling urban environments that meet both present and future community needs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive urban master plans focused on sustainability, growth, and community development.

  • Conduct site analyses using GIS and other tools to assess physical, environmental, and social contexts.

  • Create engaging visual presentations including 3D models, diagrams, and master plans to communicate design concepts clearly.

  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.

  • Monitor trends in urban development and conduct market research to inform innovative design strategies.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in master planning or urban design (exceptional candidates with 1 year will be considered).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and other planning/design software.

  • Strong understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly urban development principles.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).

  • Demonstrated creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, government authorities, and stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits, workshops, and public consultations.
