TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Master Data Management Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in data governance, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Create, update, and manage master data for customers, vendors, products, materials, and employees
• Ensure timely and accurate data input and lifecycle management

Data Quality & Integrity

• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates
• Perform regular data validation and cleansing
• Enforce naming conventions and formatting standards

Governance & Compliance

• Support implementation of data governance policies
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory data standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

Collaboration & Support

• Liaise with business units, IT, and external stakeholders
• Provide training and support on data management tools and processes
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, and supply chain teams

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports on master data KPIs (accuracy, completeness)
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, changes, and approvals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in master data management or related roles
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and MDM tools
• Advanced Excel skills and data validation expertise
