This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a flair for coffee artistry and team leadership. As a Master Barista, you’ll ensure exceptional beverage service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and support the Food & Beverage team in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support barista staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee grooming, uniform standards, and team coordination
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and inventory
• Monitor dining areas for service quality, safety, and guest well-being
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members
• Uphold Marriott’s safety, security, and confidentiality standards
• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate their needs with professionalism
• Maintain equipment and storage areas using FIFO and cleanliness protocols
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related barista or F&B experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• No specific license or certification required
