Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team at The St. Regis Dubai The Palm. This is a full-time, on-site role that plays a vital part in delivering exceptional wellness services to our luxury guests. The role requires a compassionate, skilled professional who can provide a variety of massage treatments with excellence and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage therapy services tailored to guest needs, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa treatment areas.

• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their physical condition and preferences.

• Provide wellness advice and recommend suitable treatments or products.

• Maintain client records accurately and confidentially.

• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in line with Marriott standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant certification/diploma in Massage Therapy or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
