Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages, tailored to individual client needs

• Assess client conditions, preferences, and medical considerations to recommend suitable treatment plans

• Deliver a consistently high standard of therapeutic care in line with wellness and healthcare best practices

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas at all times

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and professional conduct

• Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctual service delivery and smooth client flow

• Stay up to date with emerging massage techniques, wellness trends, and industry standards

Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license or accreditation recognized in the UAE

• Proven experience working in a reputable spa, wellness center, clinic, or healthcare facility

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Female candidates of Philippine nationality (as per client requirements)
