Marketing Trainee – ELITE Program

Chalhoub Group is hiring a dynamic Marketing Trainee to join its ELITE Program – an exclusive luxury clienteling initiative. In this role, you’ll support campaign execution across social media, CRM, and content marketing while collaborating with creative, media, and client experience teams to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ELITE communication calendar and outbound messaging through SleekFlow.

• Collaborate with the clienteling team to segment audiences and manage targeted messaging lists.

• Create, translate, and test communications for internal and external distribution.

• Develop monthly social media calendars, lead “Elite Picks” content, and deliver Instagram reports.

• Liaise with creative and social media agencies from briefing to execution.

• Coordinate with production teams for shoots, gifting, and branded experiences.

• Plan and launch digital catalogues for key occasions (Ramadan, Festive, National Day).

• Monitor UTM links using Accutics for performance tracking.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback (CSAT, NPS, surveys) to improve campaigns.

• Support VIC (Very Important Client) engagement initiatives, including private events and experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Background in Luxury Marketing, Fashion, or Clienteling

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience (internships included)

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)

• Strong multitasking and project management skills

• Experience working with marketing tools and CRM platforms

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment
