Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor with specialized experience in the fuels and lubricants industry to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of both the UAE market and international export markets, ready to lead impactful campaigns and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, strengthening client relationships, and delivering measurable results in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies for fuels and lubricants in local and international markets.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

• Strengthen and manage relationships with clients, distributors, and export partners.

• Coordinate closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals and client retention.

• Analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements based on data.

• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the fuels and lubricants sector, covering both UAE and export markets.

• Demonstrated success in developing market presence and driving revenue growth.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools/platforms.

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
