AJC Group, a global leader in frozen and refrigerated food products operating across more than 140 countries, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join their Dubai office. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives for AJC International and its key brands, including Golden Phoenix, Mity Fresh, Early Dawn, Garden Maid, and Del Campo. This position is ideal for a proactive marketer with a passion for digital media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies supporting business growth.

    • Conduct market research and trend analysis to uncover potential markets and customer segments.

    • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and business development materials.

  • Customer Promotions & Branding:

    • Plan and implement customer promotions aligned with branding objectives.

    • Develop and manage branding activities including digital campaigns, promotional materials, and events.

    • Monitor and analyze promotional campaign effectiveness, making adjustments to optimize results.

  • Internal Marketing Activities:

    • Coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, intranet content, and company events.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated with a positive “Yes I can” attitude and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proven marketing experience with the ability to bring innovative ideas.

  • Adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing priorities.

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Passionate about digital media, with deep knowledge of social platforms and strategy development.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and proposing new initiatives.

  • Excellent writing skills; writing samples may be required.

  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with management, peers, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Knowledge of Adobe design tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
