The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) Shared Services division is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead digital outreach efforts, boost brand visibility, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, strong English content writing skills, and a passion for using digital platforms to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct market and competitor research to guide targeting and strategy.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for paid ads, SEO, email, and content marketing campaigns.
2. Social Media Management

Manage TII’s social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Launch campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Monitor trends and feedback to optimize content and engagement.
3. Content Creation & Curation

Produce engaging content for blogs, social posts, videos, e-newsletters, and websites.

Work with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.

Share industry news and user-generated content to enhance credibility.
4. Paid Promotions & Influencer Engagement

Plan and optimize paid digital campaigns (social media, search engines, display networks).

Collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
-
Manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
5. Website Management & Optimization

Oversee website content and performance to ensure UX, SEO, and conversion best practices.

Work with developers/designers on updates and enhancements.

Use analytics to optimize performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs for digital campaigns.

Prepare reports with actionable insights.

Use data to guide budget decisions and improve ROI.
7. Marketing Collateral & Branding

Design or oversee creation of brochures, infographics, presentations, and giveaways.

Ensure consistent branding across all media.

Enhance content quality based on campaign performance and feedback.
8. Collaborative Responsibilities

Provide cross-functional marketing and social media support across TII’s shared services.

Manage external content, social, and web development agencies.

Participate in broader group-wide campaigns and events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
-
Expertise in social media platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.

Strong English writing and content creation skills.

Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.

Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
