The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DCTCM) is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead strategic partnerships and co-op marketing initiatives across commercial and sports sectors. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing marketing efforts by leveraging partner ecosystems, loyalty programs, and collaborative content strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive strategic partnerships across commercial and sports sectors aligned with marketing strategy

Plan and execute co-op marketing campaigns with partners

Develop innovative partnership models including loyalty programs

Collaborate with external partners (fashion brands, social platforms, etc.) and internal teams to manage content portfolios

Analyze performance metrics to improve brand awareness and audience engagement

Drive commercial strategies to support organizational growth
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in partnership development, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
