Puranova Properties is a boutique real estate advisory firm in Dubai, renowned for its precision, data-driven insights, and a human-centric approach to property investment. The company is currently seeking a full-time Marketing & Operations Assistant to join its fast-growing team. This hybrid role blends creative marketing support with operational and administrative responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for tech-savvy, organized, and ambitious professionals looking to grow their skills in marketing, tech tools, and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities include managing content calendars and social media posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business, assisting with graphic design using Canva, short-form video editing, and content planning. The assistant will also capture and edit photo and video content, update the company website (WordPress), and implement basic SEO improvements. Supporting marketing campaigns and email outreach using Zoho CRM, Meta Ads, and automation tools is also essential. The role requires researching and suggesting content ideas based on trends and analytics.

On the operations side, duties include handling PRO issuance and renewal tasks such as trade licenses and labor visas, managing office upkeep and supplies, supporting rental/property management clients and tenants with administrative needs, assisting with recruiting tasks, conducting initial candidate phone screenings, and resolving day-to-day operational issues to maintain smooth workflows.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management, preferably within real estate or the UAE market. Strong English communication, multitasking ability, initiative, and a friendly client-oriented approach are essential. Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Canva, ChatGPT, WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress is a bonus.
