Required Skills & Competencies:

✔️ Proven Experience: 3-5 years in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
✔️ Platform Proficiency: Expert in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
✔️ Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
✔️ Strong Copywriting & Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
✔️ Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
