Role Overview

Novel Insight Property (NIP Realty) is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the full marketing function for its luxury real estate brokerage business in Dubai. This senior role is responsible for building end-to-end marketing strategy, defining annual budgets, managing spend allocation, and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, and proven experience in building premium brand identities with consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

• Define and manage the annual marketing budget, including spend allocation and post-campaign ROI analysis.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets including videos, brochures, social media content, brand campaigns, and advertisements.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and conversion goals.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.

• Manage the company website, digital platforms, and social media presence to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

• Establish and manage partnerships with real estate developers, portals, media partners, and industry influencers.

• Track performance metrics, prepare marketing reports, and present insights to senior management.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with RERA regulations and UAE real estate advertising guidelines.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.

Candidate Requirements

Pre-Requisites

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related discipline.

• 8–10 years of total marketing experience, with 4–5 years in Dubai and 2–3 years within the real estate sector.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in Dubai’s real estate industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of luxury real estate marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation strategies.

• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and CRM platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.

• Established professional network within the Dubai real estate ecosystem is an advantage.

• Arabic language skills are a plus.
