Valtrans Transportation Systems and Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand and communications strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional eager to conceptualize, design, and deliver impactful multichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video content.

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency.

• Manage updates and content for customer and internal communication platforms, oversee marketing budgets, support sales initiatives, and contribute to event planning.

• Leverage customer and market insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.

• Analyze and track the performance of marketing initiatives to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Present ideas, campaign plans, and results to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong project management abilities, multitasking skills, and sound decision-making.

• Metrics-driven mindset balanced with creativity.

• Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy.

• Experience designing interactive applications or digital platforms.

• Established network of media contacts.

• Willingness to travel for events and industry networking.

Salary:
AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
Additional benefits provided as per UAE Labour Law.
