As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing plans, managing branding initiatives, leading advertising and promotional campaigns, overseeing a team of marketing professionals, and analyzing campaign performance. The position requires creativity, leadership, and a solid understanding of multiple marketing channels to effectively promote the company’s brand and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple platforms.

• Prepare and produce engaging and informative content to support marketing efforts.

• Plan, organize, and execute impactful marketing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Oversee the company’s branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in the UAE.

• Industry experience in contracting, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is essential.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, advertising, and promotional techniques.

• Excellent leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
