Role Description:
This is an internship, on-site role for a Marketing Intern at Bayer. The intern will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research and gathering consumer insights
• Supporting campaign development, including concept ideation and content drafting
• Coordinating marketing events and activations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, regulatory, medical, supply, finance) to understand marketing execution
• Tracking marketing activity performance (social media, campaigns) using simple metrics
• Attending team meetings and contributing fresh insights
• Preparing weekly updates and a final internship report

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student in Business or Marketing (3rd or 4th year preferred)
• Passionate about branding, advertising, and consumer trends
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Internship Duration:

• UAE: 3 months
• Egypt: 2 months
