Al-Futtaim Group, a highly diversified and progressive multinational business, is hiring a Marketing Executive for its healthcare division. This role will focus on developing and managing marketing activities, ensuring delivery within the allocated annual budget, and collaborating with internal and external teams to execute strategic marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will oversee digital strategies, content creation, events, and social media management to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage marketing strategies for the healthcare division.
• Plan and execute marketing events, ensuring high engagement and visibility.
• Create and distribute the quarterly newsletter.
• Develop briefs for agencies and collaborate closely with them on execution.
• Manage internal marketing projects, including brochures, fact sheets, and logistics.
• Oversee social media management, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track and measure ROI while working within assigned budgets.
• Improve efficiency by following SOPs and best practices.
• Support clinical teams with marketing materials and event logistics.
• Report and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare marketing campaigns.
• Deliver a well-structured event and networking opportunities calendar.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, and SMM.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to deadlines.
• Experience in people management, either direct or indirect.
