As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to customers while supporting the department operationally and administratively to achieve its predetermined sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to meet the department’s sales and revenue objectives.

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of marketing activities.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and campaigns as per brand standards.

• Support the preparation of marketing materials and ensure consistency in branding and communication.

• Assist in tracking marketing performance and compiling reports as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
