Louzan Fashion is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the group’s overall marketing strategy and drive brand growth across its fashion, lifestyle, and retail divisions. Based in Dubai, this leadership role will shape brand positioning, enhance customer engagement, and deliver performance-driven marketing initiatives aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will oversee integrated marketing, digital transformation, and brand development across multiple business units. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of modernizing heritage brands while preserving cultural authenticity and expanding market presence across the GCC and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute a group-wide marketing and branding strategy aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Establish distinct brand identities for each category while maintaining a cohesive Group narrative.

  • Lead consumer insight initiatives to inform positioning, messaging, and market direction.

  • Transform traditional product categories into contemporary lifestyle propositions without losing cultural heritage.

Brand Positioning & Identity

  • Define brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual standards across all channels.

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines throughout retail, digital, and experiential platforms.

  • Strengthen brand equity and differentiation through targeted campaigns and storytelling.

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion

  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to align marketing with revenue targets and P&L objectives.

  • Drive expansion across GCC markets through go-to-market strategies and brand-building initiatives.

  • Introduce product diversification, collaborations, and new customer experiences.

  • Develop pricing and portfolio strategies using market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.

Marketing & Digital Excellence

  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer marketing, and events.

  • Enhance e-commerce performance through data-driven content, CRM automation, and conversion optimization.

  • Establish a centralized Digital Hub for analytics, performance marketing, and social media strategy.

  • Utilize AI and analytics to improve ROI, optimize spend, and guide decision-making.

  • Define KPIs and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Social Media & Creative Direction

  • Define social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

  • Oversee content calendars, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific campaigns.

  • Direct photoshoots and creative production to ensure alignment with brand identity.

  • Maintain a high-quality visual content library for omni-channel marketing use.

Customer Experience & Loyalty

  • Design a unified loyalty program integrating retail, online, and experiential touchpoints.

  • Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all customer interactions.

  • Lead experiential activations such as fashion shows, launches, and cultural collaborations.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across markets and categories.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage agencies and external partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media output.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business strategy with brand direction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

  • 8–12 years of marketing leadership experience.

  • Proven background in retail, fashion, hospitality, or FMCG within the GCC region.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and brand development.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with commercial performance.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strategic planning and market insight development.

  • Brand storytelling and portfolio management.

  • Digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot).

  • Vendor and agency management.

  • Leadership, communication, and project management excellence.
