Elevate Brand Presence in a High-Impact Industry

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Al Salehi Machinery & Equipment Repairing, a leading Bosch Diesel Service Center in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on brand awareness, campaign execution, and digital strategy coordination, ensuring our brand voice is impactful across all touchpoints.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating 360-degree campaigns, supporting content creation, managing social media channels, and analyzing brand performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

  • Coordinate marketing calendars, launches, and activations with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Manage social media accounts (paid and organic), content calendars, and monitor trends to drive engagement.

  • Assist in designing marketing assets (with agency support), including social ads, print material, and digital content.

  • Monitor KPIs: impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, and campaign performance.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and application of visual identity across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with PR, influencer, and sponsorship partners to increase brand reach.

  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to refine strategies.

  • Maintain marketing database and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

  • Support SEO/SEM and paid media initiatives alongside marketing team or agency.

  • Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and trade shows.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in campaign management or brand communications.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Suite, and content scheduling tools.


Preferred:

  • Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).

  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and content strategy.

  • Exposure to the automotive, diesel technology, or engineering industry is a plus.


Compensation:

AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
