Snowflake is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai, supporting the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) market. In this role, you’ll support field marketing and demand generation activities, from event logistics and digital campaigns to direct communication with sales teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in brand awareness, lead generation, and sales acceleration.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Support regional field marketing campaigns, including physical events, digital outreach, hospitality, and direct mailers

• Execute logistics for events and digital programs in coordination with vendors and internal teams

• Maintain the Snowflake regional events calendar

• Liaise with third-party service providers (e.g. couriers, printers)

• Coordinate pre- and post-event communication with Sales

• Work with budgets, track spend, and help set campaign KPIs

• Support strategic industry events and manage timelines and execution

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for marketing initiatives

🧠 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in field marketing, events, or trade shows

• Strong verbal and written English skills (Arabic is a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, WordPress (preferred)

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to travel across META as required

• Strong communication, time management, and creative thinking skills

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
