Join Hola Keto – Dubai’s innovative healthy café brand – as a Marketing & Business Growth Executive and help drive our digital presence, customer engagement, and B2B partnerships. You will play a vital role in shaping online and offline marketing strategies, leading content creation, brand campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Customer Acquisition & Brand Growth

Lead digital and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate leads and attract new customers.

Manage performance marketing on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels.
-
Optimize SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
-
Grow the Hola Keto community across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat & X (Twitter).

Execute influencer collaborations, giveaways, and loyalty engagement campaigns.
🔹 Offline Branding & In-Store Marketing

Design and update marketing collateral including posters, roll-ups, menu boards, and seasonal campaigns.

Ensure café and kiosk branding stays aligned with seasonal and campaign goals.

Coordinate with vendors for print and branding execution.
🔹 Content Creation & Social Media

Create and schedule engaging content using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools.
-
Collaborate with photographers and influencers to maintain brand aesthetic and voice.

Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
🔹 B2B Strategy & Pricing

Develop and manage B2B pricing for partnerships with gyms, hotels, and corporates.

Prepare presentations and sales proposals for bulk orders and corporate collaborations.

Analyze sales trends and adapt pricing or offerings based on data insights.
🔹 Customer Experience & Retention

Monitor customer feedback and reviews (especially Google Reviews).

Manage loyalty programs and customer escalation handling.

Build retention strategies to convert one-time buyers into loyal customers.
Who We’re Looking For:

Female candidate (as per company preference).

4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or branding.

Proven expertise in SEO, WhatsApp & performance marketing, and lead generation.

Proficient with Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Strong command of social media platforms and engagement techniques.
-
Experience with B2B pricing and partnerships in the F&B or wellness industry.

Strong communication, project management, and independent working skills.
