Role Overview:
The Marketing Beauty Trainee will join the Make-Up and Skincare Marketing team in Dubai, supporting the regional marketing strategy for the Middle East. This role provides hands-on experience in luxury brand marketing, offering exposure to campaign execution, communication tools, data analysis, and collaboration across functions. It’s an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual eager to grow within the luxury beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Coordination

Support implementation of regional marketing plans for Make-Up and Skincare categories.

Assist in adapting global marketing plans to local markets, including product assortments and communication tools.

Update product catalogs and assist in managing new product launches and discontinuations.

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare point-of-sale materials, animations, and sales tools.

Contribute to trade support initiatives such as contests, newsletters, and retailer collaborations.
Communication & Branding Support

Prepare marketing materials and documents for commercial teams, training, and retail partners.

Assist in creating marketing presentations, mockups, and promotional assets for regional campaigns.

Support ongoing updates to internal communication channels, including newsletters and marketing flashes.
Forecasting & Data Analysis

Assist with collecting and organizing market data for sales forecasts and performance tracking.

Support the Makeup Marketing Executive in preparing analysis reports and launch reviews.

Participate in data entry, formatting, and preparation of performance presentations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Strong interest and passion for makeup and beauty.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Fluent in English (French or Arabic is an advantage).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
